I wouldn't contact Ron Offen if we were last two people left on earth after World War XXX. He is a tin-eared, close-minded old fart. And yes I am someone whose genius poem was rejected by him for his dumb magazine. He wrote me one of his famous personal rejection notices and said what I sent him wasn't even poetry. Who is he to decide what poetry is? I'm the poet. I say what poetry is by my writing my poem, my way. You don't like it? Fine. But don't show off your ignorance by saying it's not poetry, that doesn't even make sense in a postmodern world.
